What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept both small and bulk orders. The exact MOQ depends on product specifications. Standard mesh can be ordered by the roll, while deep-processed products can be arranged flexibly.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available for confirmation. Sample fee and freight are charged at actual cost. For bulk orders, sample fee may be deducted from the payment.
Can you provide material test reports?
Yes. We maintain a complete quality control process from raw material inspection to final testing, and can provide spectral material test reports.
Do you support custom/non-standard products?
Yes, we support OEM/ODM customization. Mesh count, wire diameter, width, slitting, cutting, welding and edge wrapping can all be customized to your drawings or samples.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard specifications in stock can ship the same day. Custom products take 3-15 working days depending on specifications and quantity. Rush orders can be negotiated.
